One of our experienced negotiators will visit the property to give you a valuation for rental, and help you with information and advice about what you will need to do to ensure that your property is ready to be rented out.
We offer two levels of service:
- Letting service. Once we have found you suitable tenants, we will check their references, negotiate terms for the tenancy, and prepare the agreement for you.
- Full management service. As in (1) we will liaise with you to set up the tenancy, but will then collect rent on your behalf and deal with all the practical problems - routine and unexpected - which arise during the tenancy. We will arrange safety inspections, and essential maintenance and repairs, and inspect the property periodically to ensure that it is well maintained.
We are proud of the service we offer to landlords, but we don’t rest on our laurels. As you probably know, the rented sector is an ever-changing arena, with new legislation and safety regulations being introduced all the time.
We subscribe to specialist journals for the most up-to-the-minute information, keep in touch with the local council on housing issues, and benefit from a legal “hotline” which is invaluable for resolving tricky legal questions.
